The University is developing detailed plans for the construction of an exemplary low carbon building to house high quality enterprise and business facing facilities. This is a strategic development in support of business and corporate development as well as representing a major component in the development of the Norwich Research Park.
A full business plan is now being developed and as part of this project planning stage the project team wish to utilise external consultancy inputs to revisit all previous demand case assumptions and to develop a recent and relevant Demand Case to inform the business plan projections. The Demand Case study is funded by the East of England Development Agency (EEDA).
