The Leadership and Management Advisory Service (LMAS) was set up to help employers identify and fund development opportunities for their senior leaders.
New funding up to the value of £1,000 is now available for Leadership and Management development. The aim of the LMAS is to foster the leadership and management skills of senior staff so they can make full use of their workforce and accelerate the growth of their business.
Your business must be in England and have:
• two to 250 full-time equivalent employees
• the potential for high or fast growth
* Funding must be matched on a pound for pound/ 50:50 basis
The beneficiary of the funding must be:
• The Managing Director or Owner of a private company or social enterprise that employs less than 10.
• If your business employs more than 10 but less than 250, funding covers either the Managing Director/ Owner OR a senior manager reporting directly to them
IMPORTANT:
You can apply for funding even if you've benefited from funding in a previous year!
